hi all
am new to the ceramic world of glazing, i got a final project for school
that i would like to finish for the final, and i really love the look for
the ash drippes on the shoulder of the pots with some matt glaze on the
base, i have seen lots of pictures, not sure how to go about doing it yet.
also, can u add oxides or carbonates to change the colour of the dripps?
wondering?
am looking for a reliable ash glaze recipie for cone 10R - that would have
dripping lines too, if applied, and what is a good matt glaze that would
complement the look of the drippes? we got a down draft kiln at school.
cone 10R .. any help??

I found it while looking for something else and it seems right up your
alley.
