Pehaps, rather than throwing a kiln load then chucking them out, do it =
on a sessional basis.
i.e when throwing, keep only the best 25%, after turning ,keep the best =
25%, after glazing, keep the best........, you've guessed it!
Try new glazes on the pots you are least pleased with.
Ask for a hammer for Christmas.
I read somewhere that French potter Pierre Bayle says that they are a =
potters best tool!
Its a bit like going to the dentist, it has to be done!
