In following my cancer path, I have done a lot of research about diet
amongst other things. My research may help others in Clayart.
One thing that has really changed my pathway in life is to learn about Eat
Right for Your Type. That is book 2 in my recommended booklist which I
posted to the relevant Newsgroups:-
We should never joke about health, heart attacks and cancer etc. We are
bound to hurt someone, deeply. But having said that, one wonderful wife of a
prostate cancer sufferer regularly posts jokes to keep us all laughing and

which has gone into all this is mind blowing.)
