No, Catherine,=20
Altho i'm sure the publishers etc. would prefer we buy the whole book...
I feel it's bad form to ask a potter for their studio glaze or =
application method.=20
I've worked a long time to get my aurora glaze to work for me on my =
forms...
I have had people come to openings, shows, fairs etc and=20
ask Can i have the recipe for this? how do you apply ? etc etc. Now =
that is bad form, tacky tacky.=20

Howdy,

You could all do like some teachers I know. We go to all the
conferences, buy all the glaze books, download all the e-mails from all
over the world that deal with glazes, kilns, firing problems, pottery
business discussions, studio problems, health problems, mel's
philosophical meanderings, Tony's excellent take on teaching and pottery
in general, everything from RR and John,............

Then I make the students read, discuss, analyze, and make their own
decisions based on the wealth of empirical evidence and rhetorical rants
provided by this amazing forum. I can not thank you all enough for
providing a link between the oldest technology in the world and the
newest, most pervasive means of information sharing ever developed.

If any of you Clayarters ever get anywhere nearby northern Utah for
whatever reason, consider yourselves invited for a visit to the school,
my home, a free meal, or a place to stay between points A and B.
