For those who are interested in a great workshop.
Cynthia Bringle will teach a 3-day workshop at Finch
Pottery in Bailey NC, Friday, Jan 31 through Sunday,
Feb 2, 2003.
This is a hands-on workshop limited to 20
participants.
The cost is $350, which includes all clay used.
She will focus on Covered Vessels.
Publicity has been small, and she asked me to get the
word out to ClayArt folks in case anyone not within
shouting distance of Bailey hadn't heard. There are
still a few spaces available. Try to register before
Jan 20.

Sorry I don't know more myself, but this is
information I've gotten from a flyer Dan emailed me
and from Cynthia. Anyway, I've been to lots of
workshops at Dan's and it's always a wonderful
experience. His big ananagama kiln and educational
facility/studio are both worth seeing and spending
time hanging out. (I won't describe it as visiting,
because it just feels too much like home...) Any
workshop with CB is definately a treasure.
