I'm not aware of Sothern Ice available dry.
Mile Hi in Denver, 303-825-4570 carries it, and the
local Denver Laguna dealer, Stone Leaf Pottery,
can get any quantity you desire. Their number is
303-463-8081, or you can contact Southern Colorado
Ceramic Supply in Colorado Springs at 719-634-0294.
