I think there are cycles in the way we get to work...
Unless you have managed to solve the reality problems
of walking around on this planet...or are a TFer
(otherwise known as a trust fund child)
or lets see..... the other scenario might be that you
are the most brilliant potter/artist that exists and you
drops pearls that are quickly snatched up and traded
for heaps of cash.....
I in no way intend to be mean spirited...
humorous actually...
absolutely sympathetic with the spirit of your post..
Otherwise...like Sysiphus one continues to push
against the road blocks and find whatever path to
continue working...
The I Ching talks about finding a path of least
resistance...like water as it flows down a stream...
with a hollow depression in the ground the water stops
moving down river and requires the accumulation of volume
to continue it's path...
I think it is a perfect metahpor for life...
A time of less prolific work is a challenge...and
a test of determination is how one evolves...
Forgive my rant...
