Frank, thanks for the article on Ohr's pottery.

A note of caution: most of the "found" Ohr pottery was in bisque state
(i.e., had not been glazed). Some of Ohr's pottery that hits the market has
been glazed by other hands.

If anyone bothers me about this information, I will look up the source, but
I believe it came from one of David Rago's books on American Arts and Crafts
Pottery.

I want simply to warn you before you spend $55K on an Ohr pot that you need
to move cautiously.

It is also true that Ohr considered his unglazed pieces to be his best,
and were his favorites.
