After a few consultations with my computer guru, David, and my wife =
I am once again submitting a call for submissions of your favorite =
potting song(s). I'm ammending things a bit from the original =
proposition. If you would like to contribute you may send me the music =
in whatever format you choose just as long it is on a CD and you put a =
coupla bucks in the envelope to cover the return postage of your CD and =
the "clayart" CD. Just get one of those bubble wrap type packages from =
the post office and I'll return shipment in the same package. I've been =
told by a reliable source that postage within the contiguous forty eight =
will be a little over a dollar. Can't say what it will cost the folks =
from Canada or anywhere else if any of you all are interested.

I will be sending Craig a couple of songs for the "Music to Pot By"
CD. I hope a bunch of you will also join in.
Craig - I hope you will include info with the CD that will give the artists'
names and what Clayarter submitted the song.
Also, look for my "Around the Firebox" column in the next (March-April)
Clay Times magazine. It is titled "Potters and Music". I wrote it in
December, and the main point is that music is very important to many
potters, so I considered my thesis validated by the great volume of
"What are you listening to" responses on Clayart for the last two weeks.
I enjoyed reading about everyone's favorites; now I hope I can hear
some of the more obscure favorites on the CD.
