we have found that expanded metal
....you know, the little diamond pattern stuff...works
like magic.
big anagama, small flat top.
does not matter.
it lifts the kiln off the blocks...the kiln breaths and
is not stuck down tight on concrete.
you could get a small piece and set your electric kiln
on it.
scrap/from the steel yard.
couple of bucks.
strong, lifts and balances the kiln.
