Dear Clayarters,
There is a simple solution to avoid warping the wet pots as they are removed
from the wheel. Take a piece of newspaper and cut the circle a little
larger than the pot diameter. Lay it on the wet rim. The paper will stick
to the clay gently and you can then move this pot wherever. This is an "old
trick from an old potter." Good luck.
