Can someone suggest a good book with beginning clay projects for an 8 year
old? My grandson is starting to want to play with my clay, but I think he
needs some inspiration and instructions.

Many thanks,

Jeanne

I think the Potter's Primer is a good elementary book with simple
projects applicable to children working in clay.

There are many good books out there, but two that I have that I think are
pretty good are:
The Kids 'N' Clay Ceramics Book by Kevin Nierman ISBN 1-883672-89-9

The Great Clay Adventure by Helen Kong ISBN 0-87192-389-0

Hope this helps. ~Melanie Arnold
