problems purchasing my books? .... for now,

don't use Internet Explorer

If they are using one of the more recent browsers or versions that can
be a problem. I do some of my banking online and when I update the
browser on my PC it sometimes takes the bank awhile to update their
software.

Sounds like this might be a similar problem?
