Yes, forgot to mention the huge wood fired pizza oven at la Meridiana.
Capable of producing some of the finest pizza in the world. Usually
fired up for the last evening party! Produces a pizza every 2-3 minutes
created by the artful hands of Terry Davies, Carla, Ashta and Tomek.

Marta: Pizza and a haircut? All of my life people have thought that I
should open a pizza joint or a barber shop. Isn't that what all Tony's do?
Well this Anthony and his wife Sheila have been invited by Marcia Selsor to
conduct a workshop in Tuscany in May 2005. Marcia is going to help with
translations, excursions, grocery shopping and all round hellery. Pietro is
planning on building a wood fired kiln and our workshop will include making,
woodfiring, perhaps salt/soda, handle making, wine appreciation, wood fired
pizza and if you let me I'll cut your hair.
I hope you have a great time with Josh. Stay over for another 2 weeks with
my buddy Ronnie the Rat Meyers.
this could be the heaven I've always dreamed of. Good food, good wine, fine
pots, lovely weather and people that love pots.
Let us know of your time there. If you ever come home!
cheers,
Tony
