Hey Folks, mark it on your calendar!!!
There is going to be a LARGE Gallery Hop in the Winston-Salem Arts District
(corner of 6th and Trade streets) on April 4th, 2003! It will run from 7pm
to 10pm and it will be Special! All the galleries and studios will be open
with plenty of music and free food. Gordon (from Earthbound Arts) and I
will be doing a raku firing in the middle of Trade Street and many of the
other artists will be in their studios doing their art. Sweet Potatoes and
Chelsee's will have excellent food and coffee and there will be snacks all
around! We will be celebrating the young artists in Forsyth county and this
gallery hop will be the kick-off for a week long exhibit of student art
(from ALL of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County schools) in our studios and
galleries.
If you are in our part of the world on April 4th, please come by and join in
our fun and celebration...this is an invite from all of us in the Arts
District.
