The Mug exchange took place in 20 minutes this year at the Holiday
Inn...it was crowded but it was fun!
How wonderful to meet the maker of the mug. A name you have seen on
the web becomes a smiling face.....what a fantastic thing!!!! Thanks
to Mel Jacobson for providing this wonderful place for us to meet. His
idea of a Clayart room was an inspiration whose benefits we all share
each day at NCECA .A big hurrah to him.!!!!!

I would like to thank the efficient muggettes who managed to match 130
mugs to a new owner in just 20 minutes... they are awesome!!!!Give them
a loud cheer....
Cheryl Littman(She will take over as head of the mug exchange next year
in Indianapolis)
Bonnie Hellman
John Jenson
Fabienne Cassman(she will post the results of who got what mug on her
website)
Lori Leary
Harvy Sadow(whose watch was the official time this year)
Kurt Wild
Marta Gloviczki
Don Goodrich
Miki Caldwell

We missed fellow muggettes David Hendley and Doug Gray.

I am handing over the reins of the 7th mug exchange to Cheryl
Littman.I want to thank you all for the privilege of organizing the mug
exchange for 6 years now...It was great to meet all of you mug ..opps I
mean clay thing makers over the years.....you guys are great!!!! If
you ever get a chance to go to NCECA do not miss the chance to meet
your fellow clay addicts in the clay art room. We come in all shapes
and sizes with all kinds of opinions and processes but there is one
thing that every single one of us has in common ..our love for clay...
