just a note to let folks know that donovan palmquist
is now a member of our `family`.
donovan and colleen riley of our hay creek, dock
six gang were married a few months ago.
we are very happy for both of them. a real team.
donovan is a superb kiln builder with license for most
states. it is almost impossible to find a quality licensed
builder that inspectors will work with. he is a gem of a
fellow. his work and kilns speak for themselves.
he does not need me to speak for him.
of course, this is my opinion, never humble, and always
mine.

I fully endorse your comments about Donovan Palmquist; he build a downdraft
kiln for me, at my studio, about three years ago, lived in my home for most
of the week that covered the job, I played gopher for him, and we were able
to fire the kiln successfully before he left.
I have since fired it more than 20 times, continue to learn how to "guide" it
and would not hesitate to recommend Donovan to anyone as a fine person and a
great kiln designer/builder.
