I just wanted to say that Carol and I had the chance to work with her at
the Aomori International Woodfire Festival last August. She makes great
work, her English is fine and she is a lot of fun. If you want to look at
some of the work from the festival we have put about 130 images of it and
our 9 day tour of Japan on our web site. Also we have about 600 works by
other ceramic artists which are in our personal collection. We see this
as a study collection for those interested in quality ceramic art.
Tell us what you think if you get a chance to look. I posted this info
before NCECA and no one responded on the list. I did get a few private
e-mails of thanks.
