conference workshop refund

Hi Tena,

First, a big thanks for all the hard you work put into
a wonderful conference this year!!!! I came from
Virginia, and it would have been worth it if I'd had
to come from China. Many thanks!

The other reason for this email is to enquire about a
refund. I prepaid for both the paper clay workshop and
the PMC (not understanding how the workshops worked)
and didn't get into either one. I filled out a form
for a $85 refund, and as of yet have not recieved it.
Just wondering when I might expect it. Thank you for
checking into this for me.
