Hi:

If any of you folks try the blue celadon recipe that I sent the other day,
please let me know the results. If your reaction is favorable or
unfavorable, let me know and I can suggest adjustments if you want that.

Craig as a matter of fact I did try your recipe - also found the CM with
your article and realized that I already had tried your peach black
temmoku (love it) so I tried your liner glaze and the blue celadon. I
left out the barium in the Blue Celadon and was happy with the result -
Crackled some on both our stoneware (a homebrew mix) and Kenzan
Porcelean. I actually think I liked the liner glaze a bit better - I
used alberta slip in the recipe as one of the suggestions. We fire in a
gas kiln reduction - about cone 11 or hotter sometimes. I have some more
tests coming out of the load tomorrow - I'll let you know more details then.
