Cudos to Joe Molinaro and Bill Griffith and Arrowmont for offering a two
day event on Amazonian potters from Ecuador. Joe's lecture Friday evening
was, as one would expect, humorous and very enlightening. Saturday morning
the two potters from Ecuador, Estelle and her daughter Mirian, demonstrated
bowl making, painting and firing. Joe is a professor at Eastern Kentucky U
and can provide videos of his time in the Amazon jungle with these and
other potters. Thanks again guys.
