ITC 213 Ceramic Coating for Metals:
Prepare Surface: Remove all loose rust layers, grease, dirt and molten
metal buildup. If possible, roughen up surface to be coated by using a file
or hacksaw blade. Sandblasting is NOT recommended. Wash
surface with a 1:1 solution of liquid Clorox bleach
and water.
Apply: Mix coating thoroughly. The best results are obtained by using a
paint edger or a piece of cloth dipped into the ITC 213 & then
vigorously rubbing the coating onto the surface at thinly as
possible. A spraygun can be used for applications on large
surfaces. Sprayguns are available from ITC.
Coverage: 150 to 250 sq. ft. per gallon
ITC 100 HT Ceramic Coating
Our most versatile high temperature coating has proven to achieve outstanding
energy savings and refractory protection. Use it alone and as a base coat for
other ITC products.
Prepare Surface: Remove all loose & weakened fiber & bricks, debris,
particles, dust & grease from interior walls, door,
crown, floor & grooves behind electrical elements.
Immediately before applying ITC 100, dampen these
areas by spraying lightly with water.
Mix: To one gallon of ITC 100 add one-half gallon of water and mix well.
Apply: Spraying is the best method of application. Sprayguns are
available from ITC. For small applications a brush can be used.
Coverage: 50 to 100 sq. ft. per gallon.
