Charles Count's book has been out of print for some time. He passed away in
Nigeria about two years ago. His wife Heddy used to sell Xrox copies of it
for 35 bucks, I believe she lives in the Atlanta area, but has a different
last name. I could probably find out where.

His book is often available on ebay or check

There's one copy available for 20 bucks at http://www.abebooks.com.
That's where I got mine a few months ago.
