Ceramic artist Lynn Duryea has been the center of Watershed Center for
the Ceramic Arts' continuing program for people with HHIV/AIDS. She
asked me to pass this info along to ClayArt.

Greetings.....
I wanted to let folks know about a new residency funded by CERF @
Watershed Center for ceramic artists living with HIV/AIDS. These two
artists would be participating in regular sessions at Watershed.
This is an opportunity in addition to The Watershed Workshop for People
Living with HIV/AIDS, a program begun in 1991 by Gustavo Gonzalez and
expanded by Lynn Duryea and Mackenzie Harris. This workshop has evolved
into an eight-day residency program for anyone living with HIV/AIDS, and
is not restricted to ceramic artists. It is a structured workshop,
co-facilitated by Lynn Duryea, Artist-in-Residence and a counselor /
therapist...interweaving group process andcreative process. Some
scholarship funds may be available.
For further information about either opportunity, contact Lynn Thompson,
Executive Director of Watershed Center. Contact information follows.
