Hi Wesley,
Many of my students really like this one:

PEIPENBURG’S RED BRONZE LUSTER GLAZE
Gerstley Borate 50 - (45)
Frit 3134 45
Add:
Tin Oxide 3%
Black Copper Oxide2%- (2.5 %)

Notes: Oxidation = green; reduction: container
reduction = blood red
Strong reduction = bronze
Higher temp: darker green
Lower temp: yellow green
Frequent burping gives alternating layers of oxidation
and reduction; sometimes if the quenched surface is
rubbed, you can reveal an underlying layer.
High temperature (1900?F or higher, soak and firing
down allows the copper to crystallize).
