hi,
well i bought the axner 600 and it's a fine wheel (quiet too).
it's going to canada soon. we have some property near kingston, ontario (where
i do my pit firing). no elecricity, so it will run off a battery and
converter. this year i'll be able to work while hubby fishes.
(and visions of kiln building dance in my head...)
i am hoping someone can offer information for a pottery supply house close to
kingston. since we are a couple of miles off any paved road, i can't opt for
delivery. i'd like to be able to pick up a substanstial amount of clay from a
source not too far. i am aware of Tuckers and PHS, but again, was hoping for
something close by. my web search didn't come up with anything else!
