=46or our tri-state friends:

The Brooklyn Working Artisans Coalition (BWAC) is having their annual
Open Studio Tour/Art Walk this weekend. BWAC is a terrific
organization, and has been instrumental in promoting the artists of
Brooklyn - and there are many.

There are quite a number of potters on this year's tour. This is
significant, as most BWAC members are painters. =20

The walk runs Sat/Sun May 31/June 1 from 1-6pm. Potters having open
studio are:

Lois Ruben Aronow & Lynn Goodman
548 Court Street
(betw. w 9th and BQE)
(718-858-6920)

Clayworks on Columbia (cooperative studio/various potters)
195 Columbia Street (betw. Sackett & DeGraw)

New Clay Studio (Peter Lane/Akira Satake/Barbara Kaminsky and others)
457 DeGraw Street (betw. Bond & 3rd - I think)

Stop by any of these studios and get a map, which will lead you around
to all the other studios in the area. It should be alot of fun. My
studio mate and I will actually be working in our working studio, as
we both have upcoming shows. =20
