I forgot to mention Peter Pugger. They've also been there to answer all my
questions.

I am hardly surprised Lois. I've also had excellent response from Skutt,
above and beyond what is required. They've been good to me, too.

In addition I've had excellent response from Paragon as well. Arnold Howard,
who participates on this list, is another person whom we potters using
electric kilns can depend on.

While I'm praising companies who have personally given me excellent customer
service, I'd certainly include Bailey Ceramic Supply. (I don't have a Bailey
kiln, but I do have one of their extruders and slab rollers.) When things go
wrong, they make them right.

It would be great if nothing ever broke, but if equipment does break we all
hope that the manufacturer and/or seller will be able and willing to help
us. I've had superior service from all three of the above companies.
