Phil: I am working on a bumper sticker that reads: "If ignorance is bliss,
why are so many on anti-depressants?"

AND, Phil, I love British food. Too bad so many Americans got a poor
impression of it because they visited GB after WWI and after WWII.
But who makes better custards? Who makes better cakes? Who invented
scones? Who invented roast beef? Who invented marmalade? Plum pudding?
treacle tarts? double cream? And --the name starts with B and my mind is
blank--but who invented that marvelous mix of mustard and currant jelly
without which cold roast meat ain't half as good....

Must go nasch something....I'm "starving"! (Actually breakfast is a good
idea.)

Branston Pickle? Altho' there's no jelly in it ........ and I'm not sure
about currants either come to that. Guess it's not Branston Pickle after
all! But it is good with cold meat.
