Dear Phil,
900 Celsius translates into 1652 F.
No need to run under pressure.
Main issue is not to let the temperature rise beyond that value because =
of the potential of activating the Water Gas Reaction which would =
destroy the Charcoal. But it would just about equate to a low fire =
bisque.
Not sure what global production of Activated Charcoal is but I think it =
may be in the region of about half a million tons per year.
