Well, as you would have expected, I stirred up a storm, but it gave
Axner an opportunity to address this problem as I hoped it would.
There are always people that will not bother to go back and complain and
that do any company more harm than anything else.
Thanks Howard for taking care of this unfortunate incident. I hope that
more clayarters could benefit from this. As you said, clay does
influence a glaze, but in this case the clay was not a problem. This
particular opulence glaze called "celery" should be mixed 1:.9. All the
other things that you addressed will of cause also play a role.
