I most Humbly said in my Great Arrogance that
"maybe it's my advanced age and willingness to
accept personality differences and styles in order
to get what I want ... lots of practice there before
I ever let the clay move through my fingers..... but
they've all been helpful, efficient and personal
in their treatments of this customer

Sheesh........ what I hope I meant in my Heart
of Hearts .... is that perhaps this massive
past experience facilitated the whole process.
Maybe. Perhaps. Could have helped. BUT
truth is the companies I've dealt with deserve
ALL the credit for making the whole task work......
especially when I ignorantly ordered ^6 clay
and ^10
glazes...... and was asked was that what I
wanted ..... apologetically..... but they did
ask. Saved me considerable grief.
