Hi everyone,
I'm back from doing nothing. After the last semester I decided to just do
nothing. I read somewhere once that "doing nothing is doing something." So,
I did plenty of something.
Yesterday I started back in the studio and it felt like I had never worked
on the wheel, it's driving me nuts.
Then today an article in our local newspaper woke me up, sort of.
"Artist follows muse to do hands-on work with death." It was a topic we have
discussed on Clayart here and there,. he uses cremains to make china
tschochkes. He calles the material "Spone."
I checked out his website and it's quite impressive, thought I'd share it
with you:
www.antiquesatoz.com/artatoz/krafft. The artist is in Seattle and his name
is Charles Krafft, don't know if he's ever been on Clayart.
Thought I'd like to share and perhaps get back to doing something.....
Smiles
