Well, it's obvious everyone has their own method for working in AC...
What ever works for you!! go for it..
Personally, I'll stick with a plastic grocery bag thrown over the top..no holes... If I leave something half way to finish hand building the next day, I will tuck the plastic in under the plaster bat.
Normally I don't find it necessary to use the plastic bags at all, as my AC is only on during the time I'm actually working in the studio.
At least, we've given out a variety of ideas!!!! :):)
