I would be looking for clues as to why such cracks are appearing - not a way
to patch them afterwards.
I would either sell them as 2nds (if the cracks were on non-food contact
areas) or use a hammer judiciously.

If cracks appear in ware that has already been fired there is certainly a
problem that presents a danger to the user of those pots - if they are used
for food.
There is only one reason for ware to crack spontaneously - the glaze winds
up - during cooling - too big for the clay. It's called shivering or glaze
dunting.
Small flakes of glaze can fall off the ware - into food - these are as
sharp as broken glass - not what we want inside us.
I'll be glad to asses your glazes for you - if you are mixing them yourself

I may be able to fix them as well.
