Two months ago I got my Shimpo Whisper. Have a Shimpo I bought in 1982, been
using her for 21 years and she is still in very good shape but noisier than
in the past. Have been turning my music up louder and louder. Saw the ad for
the Whisper and was intrigued so . . . now have both and I love the absolute
quiet of the Whisper. So far am very happy and it feel great not wondering if
I'm annoying others with loud music/audio books. My Whisper has power and
while my other Shimpo has a 16" wheelhead and I do miss that, I find myself
throwing more and more on the whisper rather than my older Shimpo.
