I have ~ 1/2 ton of dry clay scrap ^10. There's Tucker's Smoothstone =
and Plainsman H550. They are in plastic clay bags, clearly marked with =
the type of clay: with several marked "mixed" (not many mixed). They =
are a mix of the two types from trimming during changeover.
I want $100 firm. You come and pick it up - haul it out. You can drive =
to the studio door, so no long distance hauling involved. I will NOT =
help "shlepping".
Reason for sale: I switched to ^6 a couple of years ago, and stayed =
with it. I no longer need the clay.
This is a great opportunity for someone with few $$ that has a strong =
back to turn dry scrap into workable clay. Once water is added you're =
easily looking at over a ton of clay for $100 plus your time.
I am located between London and Sarnia Ontario - about 2 hours from =
Mississauga, Ontario (so about 2.5 from Toronto....) and about 2.25 =
hours from Detroit.
My number is 519 289 5221. 1st come, 1st served.
Also available - an old, small kiln in great condition (make an offer =
over $250) and a motorized kick wheel (best offer over $250).
I need ROOM in my studio. Come and get it :-)

Hi Sam,
Is the small kiln gas or electric and to what cone does it fire?

Hi Ellie:
It's electric and fires to ^6. It's a very heavy kiln, shaped like a cube.
Perfect for slow cooling.
