Dear Sam Miller",=20
Thanks for the "Readers Digest" version. Now, as a Graduate Biology =
Teacher to someone with post grad qualifications in Food =
Science/Engineering, perhaps you would give me the Science behind the =
behaviour of Riboflavinoids and our physiological functions, off list if =
it is not deemed appropriate by the Moderator.
Best regards,

Hi Ivor,
The reason that I only gave you the "Reader's Digest" version is that this
area of knowledge is on the periphery of my course work in school. You
could teach me quite a bit about physiology & the Kreb's Cycle, I'm sure!
In addition to the link included in my previous message, maybe the
following might also be of sufficient depth for you...

As I mentioned before, Dr. Al Tappel has done quite a bit of work in the
area, so doing a lit search under his name might uncover additional
resources. I can't imagine that ingesting normal doses of antioxidants
would interfere with basic body metabolism, but I'm certainly no expert.
Sorry that I can't provide more in-depth science to address your question!!
Happy hunting!
