In the last days you were dealing with teachers. I did not write about
my teacher because to a list that can be seen everywhere I write only
positive words.
There are some: She helped me to carry the clay when my legs were in bad
shape and she taught me the importance of good weighing. Off course
there were more things too!
I know two ways of teaching: The teacher that want to keep you dumb to
make you learn many years (a good income for the teacher)
The second kind helps the student to learn fast and to be exited from
the media as well as his achievements.
The first teacher has an advantage on the second kind: He does not have
to try hard and look for new ideas; he can use and recycle his old
ideas. However he night have one mistake; The student, the "untalented
student" that pays a lot and does not learn might try to learn something
else.
Sometimes after a 90 minutes lesson I am very tired. Not because I
carried the clay but because I try to give the students the best.
Sometimes I sit hours in front of the computer looking for ideas, trying
them first (unlike =85) and only than serve to the students.
I believe that a student that comes home with his first work and does
not have to be embarrassed or to apologies " It was my first work". Will
be happier and the teacher himself will not be bored.
Besides a teacher that does not learn or does not test will fail to
teach.
This is all a preview to my letter about the elder student that could be
my parents!
