claryart virus- check your computers!

Yes, as Mel mentioned, there is a nasty one going around that is Microsoft
directed. It is aimed primarily at people who have Windows XP. It is easy to
check and see if you have it and about as easy to remove it. Run a search
for files or folders named "msblast" or "msblast.exe" if either of these
files are found, you have it!

Go to: www.cert.org/tech_tips/w32_blaster.html
and follows the instructions for removal.

I had it in the early stages and did not even know it was there and I am
using Norton System Works!

Everyone always tells me there is no advantage to having a Mac over a PC anymore.

But they are wrong! Macs never get those big time CNN-worthy viruses. We aren't a big enough user group for most virus-makers to bother with.
