We all have our own issues and remedies, and methods of learning about the
fixes for our various ailments.
I seem to have muscle ache in the armpits, and find out that other potters
do as well. I make a concerted effort to have my shoulders and arms do the
work, rather than my wrists. Dr. says I have developed a type of rotator
cuff tendonitis. Weird.
Now, an FYI for anyone that might need heart stuff. Last year, my husband
had triple bypass. This year, young doctor says, oh, this is bad, after
nuclear stress test, orders angiogram, oh, this is really bad. You need
angioplasty. (our blood pressure went all over the charts after all of
that) Anyway, great news. In 27 minutes, a 98% clogged artery is 100% open=
.
New stents. Husband wrote patents on them. If you have heart issues, they
can fix it. Fixed husband is home in less than 27 hours. He chose the
stent from the stent boutique after consulting with one of his clients, an
inventor of stents.
Meanwhile, have the blueberries, sour cherries, b vitamins, folic acid, eat
fruit, and life will go on. I am in total agreement with those who said
=B3one size does not fit all=B2. We have to learn what is good for our own
bodies.
I think it=B9s a good thing to share our knowledge or what we know works for
us. Maybe it will save someone=B9s life.
