It is an old Amaco treadle wheel. It is missing some of the treadle linkage
below the flywheel. I have no idea if parts are available or whether you
would have to fabricate something on your own. The flywheel is somewhat
heavy, I think the previous owner was probably using it as a kickwheel since
it can be operated in this manner. I am asking $150 dollars for it...and
you have to pick it up from Sterling Heights, Michigan... a suburb 1/2 hour
north of Detroit, Michigan USA.
