hi randy,

i have a manual 1227 and bisque to 04, glaze to 6 but the firing
schedule should be similar. i used the same framework when i fired in a
tiny skutt 181.
bone dry greenware:
4 hours all switches low
4 hours all switches medium
then all high until witness cone (not kiln sitter) bends to 9 o'clock.
(self-supporting orton cones) usually 4-6 hours depending on load and
element age.

glaze.
1 hour all low
1 hour all medium.
all high until middle witness cone (always first) bends, then middle on
low until others catch up. ( you can do these adjustments earlier if
you wish to keep firing even). (for me between 9-12 hours)
after all witness cones down..turn off kiln, leave vent on for about and
hour and a half..then all switches back on medium for an hour then
everthing off and vent holes covered.

i have an envirovent as well.

hope this helps.
