Join us in this two day workshop as Stephen demonstrates his current =
techniques of hand building and throwing functional pots using found and =
recycled objects that help give his work its creative edge. Teapots, =
covered jars, platters and more will be constructed in ways that are not =
your 'normal' approach to clay.
Stephen Fabrico has been making functional pots in porcelain and stoneware =
since he earned his BFA in Ceramics from SUNY New Paltz in 1977.
His consistent use of new techniques and materials keeps his work in a =
state of hyper-evolution that places him in the vanguard of studio =
potters. He has been in numerous invitational and juried exhibitions and =
published in a variety of ceramic publications. His work is in many =
private and public collections.
