Does anybody have any experience, either good or not so good, with Axner's
wheels, kilns, and slab rollers?

Only thing I can say is I called them about the price on a specific kiln and
shelf kit and they never called me back with a price. I had emailed them prior
to that, and also no response.
So I am definitely not considering buying from them.
Also I had an "incident" with fountain pumps that they said they had
shipped, and I never received them...and there was a bit of an argument about all
that on the phone.....and after weeks and them finally believing me, I got the
pumps. (they were for a custom order , so they held all that up.)....so I
would not chose to buy from them again....but would go to others that have been
more "customer friendly:" to me.

I bought an Axner model 600 wheel a year ago and have been
pleased with it. I'm a hobbyist potter--so it hasn't been
exactly pushed to its limits.

My only regret is that I did not get the two-piece splash
pan. (I don't really remember that as an option at the time
but it could have been.) It's a $20 upgrade from their
one-piece design.

Axner's customer service has been great. I've ordered a few
other things from them.
