I have ordered several things from Axner, the most recent being a Raku =
kiln. Their customer service was superb! I had begun my original order =
with Great Lakes Clay, had horrible service, cancelled order! Axner =
answered every question I had, checked on info and called RIGHT back, =
filled my order and kept me posted on delivery. When I had trouble with =
my local delivery company getting a lift truck to deliver my kiln I =
called Axner and they interceded for me and got the kiln delivered =
pronto! I will definitely order from them in the future! BTW they had =
the best prices too!
