With the recent subject of kiln wash - I have a short question: Do
you measure your ingredients by weight or by volume?
I use the 50/50 silica & kaolin mix. Had been measuring by weight,
changed a while back to a scoop of silica and a scoop of kaolin.
Never have seen any difference.
Thinking of changing to 50/50 alumina/kaolin when we get our gas kiln
up and going. Do I measure by weight or volume? Or does it really
matter?
