>A very drunk attorney at a party once asked me why I was a potter when I

>that thank goodness, I had the brains to be a potter. Period.
This reminds me of a story about Margaret Atwood, the Canadian
writer. When a man at a party asked her what she did for a living she
said she was a writer. The man replied, "Wonderful. When I retire I'm
going to be a writer."
"So what do you do for a living now?"
"I'm a neurosurgeon."
"What a coincidence, " Ms Atwood replied, "when I retire I'm going to
be a neurosurgeon."
