To make a nozzle first make a template from thin materials, you can use =
a heavy paper stock. The nozzle is a conical shape. Therefore you need =
to shape and cut the template to fit the barrel end and taper down to =
end of the nozzle. This may take a few tries. Then you take your =
template and mark out you metal. You can cut out the metal and your =
friend can roll the metal.( Note there are machines which can roll =
several inches of flat steel into a cylinder) To reinforce and make =
the nozzle rigid and connecting point to the barrel you need a small =
section of pipe to weld the ends of the nozzle. It is late I hope this =
