I had some great korean sushi in Pusan (Busan) last
year. It didn't have fish like Japanese sushi. Some
had pickles and vegetables, other kinds were just
plain rice wrapped in nori. There were about 100
kinds of kimchi to eat the sushi with. Also a broth
made from tiny shellfish.
